Wheeeeee! It's been that kind of a day.....

I'd love to provide an interpretive dance edition to show you the fun and games of this day, alas, I am out of time.

So here's this:

See you soon. I've gotta fly to pick up Garbo from jail or something.

  1. Good luck. I'm hiding under the covers.

Garbo is starting to make quite of a mane for herself.

  2. Those kind of days just zip by, don't they? I'm home early and first pie is in the oven.

  3. I saw and loved arcade Fire. They backed up U2 who I also loved. (Are we allowed to love U2 on this site. You can be banished for that in some places.)

  9. check out the Arcade Fire video they did with David Bowie ... it is SO GOOD.

and on the U2 thing. My personal opinion only btw ... early U2 is fine, more than fine, fantastic in fact ... but (again, just my opinion) there was a point where Bono's ego got larger than the planet, no the UNIVERSE, and it's at that point where i personally rejected U2 because they had gone on mostly autopilot with Bono's massive 'it's my job to save the world' self driving the boat.

  10. Arcade Fire? Are they The Cure reincarnated.

And your Garbo-in-jail quip reminds me of that scene in Back to The Future when Michael J Fox tells his future uncle whose in a barred playpen "Get used to it." I'm just sayin....
