Commute Chat: Episode 2 The Munchies

Like any sophomore effort (not sophomoric, but that word could apply), this one might leave you begging for the sock puppets already!

And again, sorry for the sound quality. We think we've got a solution now, too late for this masterpiece of high art, but for future episode perhaps.

Furries, ice cream, the title of a Kurt Vonnegut book - what's not to like?
(Please don't answer that. I'm fragile, you know.)

  1. You two are cuter than a breast feeding, Dillybar eating furry.

  2. I should know better than to drop by when I'm at work -- seeing a large blank space where I know the video should be is incredibly frustrating.

  3. OMG Lisa, you crack me up. Only you would be recording the commute.
My son would agree with MathMan, breast feeding is the best!

  4. Was that breakfast? And how did I miss the Kurt Vonnegut title? If I ate a Dilly, I'm be pukey and silly, unless it was just before bedtime. Then I'd be fun, unless I was alone, then silly would have to do.

Like I said before, you're both adorable, but Dug is oh so sexy. Is it just me or are you getting bids on him? You would auction him off to the highest bidder. Think of all the fun family dillies you guys could enjoy then, without Doug of course.

  5. So I eagerly put on my headphones and what do I get? Static. More static. Then an error message. Damn!

  6. Did you stick your poptart under your armpit for awhile to warm it up at least?

  7. You call that breakfast? Cheetos and Dr. Pepper is the true breakfast of champions.

  8. Too funny.. I don't know how you manage to drive without laughing and wrecking...I am not sure I could do it.

Now the breakfast.. I could get behind that.. and have...lol You do what you have to sometimes..

  10. You guys are too funny--I must say, I felt much better about my diet, after seeing your food choices. :)

    Also--

    1. I SO don't get furries, either!

    2. I loved the Seinfeld reference (I like my yankee beans!) :)

  11. Interestingly, when I was in sixth grade I ate a PopTart + orange juice every morning for breakfast until my teacher called my mom and told her it was not suitable.

You guys are freaking adorable. I'm not sure a video of me & my man would be nearly as entertaining.

  12. I came too late to watch tonight... But with a quick glance at those comments, I gotta come back. Besides I saw the pilot episode, so now I'm hooked on the series. Cliff hangers do that... Do they make it home? Do they run out of gas? Are MathMan's shirt colors spelling out a message we should decode?

  13. I couldn't help but envision a video of the two of us driving through Portland traffic with my husband complaining about all the spaced out drivers we encounter. A country drive is so much more relaxing.

  14. Don't make too many of these, as I'm already behind thanks to a post-virus slowdown. Now I have to do actual work. I hope you guys are happy.

Have you guys thought about one of you wearing, say, a Nixon mask while you drive?

  15. I loved your last video and want to see this one. I can't at home so I gotta sneak it in at work so that makes me feel "sneaky". Thanks, a lot!

  16. Okay, after finally getting to watch both, I can only come to the conclusion that this is all an elaborate military/industrial psyops project.

  17. Okay, there has to be a music theme that runs with the opening and ending credits.

Got anything written, or a favorite from your teen years?

I like AC/DC's "Highway to Hell." Or Springsteen's "Born to be Wild."

    :)

  18. Can't believe you're driving while doing all of this

And then you say....
