Grab My RSS Because I Like How It Feels

I'm taking an indefinite break. If you need me, you can find me at lisa h golden at gmail dot com.

And if you want to know if there are any new posts, I recommend you take my rss feed. I'll also let you know via Facebook and Twitter if/when I start blogging again.

I'd say go see my blogroll, but since I killed that in an ill conceived effort to clean things up and never got around to rebuilding it, well.....you know. Dumb. Ass.

Be well, be good to each other and don't take any wooden nickels. Unless, you know, you like wooden nickels.

Much love and gratitude...

Lisa

  2. Damn, you caught my yoyo-blog virus. Blow it up, build it back. Then blow it up again.

See you on the other side of the Big Blog Black Hole (as described best by Carl Sagan in an alternate universe).

  3. You know I won't fb or twit so I've always loved reading your posts. You're one of the few seriously funny yet honest writers I've ever encountered. I'll look forward to the book :-)

I do know where to find you and vice versa. Meanwhile, take good care of yourself.

  4. I know how busy you are. I hope that all is ok and you are focusing on that book with my acknowledgment (oh yeah, I won't forget).

    ;-)

I have been an RSS follower for a LONG time.

  6. My aunt used to say she'd give me a wooden nickel if I could be still for five minutes. I tried (wanted to see what a wooden nickel looked like)but never got the wooden nickel. My aunt would say I wasn't still because my heart was still beating.

If I knew how to grab your RSS feed, I might take you up on that.

  9. well..i have been worried about not sure what... now i know i am worried ... but... you need your space and everything else too... so go get it and you know where to find me. and since i have a clue, one little thing i would recommend: sit, lay, close those gorgeous eyes, take 5 breaths, ok? each one lasting a full 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out, out through the mouth, in through the nostrils....out breath needs to last a little longer than in breath but don't stress it...just do it, you will feel better... i could go on about this damned gluten/sugar free diet i have to do and how it's really made me feel better, much to my insatiable cravings otherwise... but YOU know where i am .... sitting and breathing...hungry but happier and that's saying a hell of a lot for very weird bread and honey!

much love, you better know that.

  11. I've been holding your RSS for quite a while now, and yes, it does feel good!

Maintaining a blog for as long as you have is hard work. It's more than I can do. You certainly deserve a break. Take the time you need. You know we'll be here when you return.

    Be well and happy.

Hope you have a profitable break and if I know you, you'll be back here eventually - or on another site somewhere! Or if not I'll hold out for the book! And see you on FB I hope.

  13. I am sad, but I know sometimes we all need a break. I have been seriously considering killing my blog off and just posting through facebook.

  17. Finally decided to take Mathman and run off to Vladivostok, huh? Good luck with the farming and vodka.

Do they still make wooden nickels?

  19. What . . . is it because I came back??? Okay, how about if I promise to just sit quietly? ;-)

See you on the flip side, Lisa.

  20. Oh! I may just have to open up the FB account more often. I don't know what it is about FB - it's just not my cup a java.

I will miss the posts here a lot. Oh and twitter. I can't handle that either. But I'm at TPS and my regular email address.

    All the love,
    Pagan Sphinx
